At Solé, we want you to love your purchase,  If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns Policy

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with original packaging.
  • To start a return, please contact us at: solehandbagspr@gmail.com with your order number. 

Non-Returnable items

Due to hygiene and product care reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Earrings, bracelets and hair bandanas
  • Sale or discount items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly assist you.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping cost are non-refundable.

Return Shipping 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
